Almost missed our flight because he was late getting to the office to accept the return.
Also nowhere it say we had to pay cash for the rental which made the initial exchange very difficult, resulting in us having to paying when we returned the car at the airport. Easier said than done when he shows up 30 minutes before our departure. Way more stressful than it needed to be. Simple communication goes a long way.
What made it worse is he kept blaming it on me!
Every interaction we had in Albania was lovely, except for the car rental.
