The representative guy was correct on time on our arrival at the airport and was waiting there with our name, very easy to find on the right side of the way out.

He also helped us with our luggage to the car that was about 50 meter distance parked very close at the airport parking.

Also he offered to pay the parking price.

The car was in very good condition and was very cheap to drive because was converted

in gas fuel consumption and very easy we drived a lot in meny cities .

Arber was very kind. The car super! The Audi a4 I had booked had a non-working headlight but it was not a problem at all as I was offered immediately even before my arrival a newer, higher segment Mercedes with brand new gas system thanks to which I spent very little on fuel during my stay in Albania! Highly recommended. I had a problem with my flight and needed the car for an extra day and with Arber it was not a problem at all. Also during the whole vacation he responded immediately to my every message and perplexity, highly recommended. When I return to Albania I will definitely rent the car from him again. Needless to add that I have recommended him to all my friends.
