I rented a car that was affordable, small, and very suitable for my needs. The pickup location was very close to the airport—just about a two-minute walk.

There was some difficulty communicating due to my limited English, but we were able to manage using a translator. I picked up the car near the airport and returned it there as well.

Overall, the service and experience were excellent.

Very helpful service. I will use this supplier again next time. When the car had a problem, they immediately brought a replacement car so we didn't have to change our travel itinerary. I had no extra expenses.

The vehicle ran perfectly, and the pickup point was conveniently located right next to Tirana Airport, making everything very smooth. A child car seat was also provided as requested, which was a great help.
