Everything was really good. The car was in perfect condition, and the owner was really nice. We had a small problem, but they came to help us and were extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend renting a car from them!

The rent went well, the car was very clean. It was a bit hard to find the guy at the airport but the whatsapp contact was very responsive and we finally managed.

Overall, the rental (receiving, giving back the car and driving the car) went smooth and with no worries.
Just one detail that I didn't know and would be nice to receive before rental - as an advice or instruction - is this: not only the car has to be in order and clean from inside (no scratches etc.), but also clean from outside :D

Met the expectations, the rent is cheaper than with the classic agencies, the cars were ok (the first one was quickly replaced by the owner once we informed of a technical issue). Communication was excellent.

Une expérience très positive avec xakaa même si la voiture prêtée était un peu vieillissante (fenêtre arrière qui ne s'ouvre pas + problème de reprise de vitesse parfois en cas de montée). La communication s'est faite très facilement ainsi que la prise de voiture au parking (payant) de l'aéroport.

About car: I got Audi a3 which i wanted, but was reserved. When the date of receiving car came closer, Xakaa even came forward and informed that Audi a3 is available now and offered it to me. The car was in good condition, AC working, driving was smooth.
I don't regret anything about choosing Xakaa auto!
I had selected a Automatic car but got a manual car.
Also the AC did not work and it was 39deg celcius
This is not true sir, you selected Kia Ceed and that's what you got. Also AC was working and is still working very well.
Everything was perfect—from the vehicle pickup, the technical condition of the car, to the return process. Communication was smooth. Very helpful staff, everything could be arranged and resolved easily. The vehicle was in excellent condition, with no operational issues throughout the entire week of use. It was clean and undamaged (only normal signs of use). It's clear that the car is well-maintained and taken care of. I’ll be happy to use your services again next time. Highly recommended!
The car pick up went smoothly and the car was exactly what i expected of it. Clean, neat and drove perfectly. Xakaa was always available if there was any problems or we wanted tips. Drop off was also fine. Could definitely recommend :)

Hello, the handover of the car went smoothly and without any problems. And now to the technical condition of the rented Fiat Sedici 4x4. The cigarette lighter did not work, which is a big problem for tourists who need to charge the navigation system during their trip around Albania! Another issue was a great gasoline leak from the fuel hose connection to the tank .... gasoline flowed out along the rear axle onto the ground and an intense odor could be felt in the interior of the car while driving. Another defect was the lack of engine oil .... on the control line it was well below the minimum and the engine was in danger of seizing! I bought a liter of 5W-30 engine oil (12 euros) and after pouring it in, the level was finally right in the middle between the lines. The front axle and its mounting creaked a lot even when driving over a small bump on the asphalt road .... i.e. the upper mounting of the front shock absorbers is worn out!!!
Despite these defects, we successfully drove through Albania with the car and handed over the car in Tirana at the airport.

You are the only customer so far to express a negative opinion about our vehicles. The cigarette lighter was fully functional at the time the car was handed over to you.
Regarding the fuel, everything appeared to be in order when the car was returned. We take pride in responding to all our customers promptly and efficiently. As we explained to you, the small fuel leakage you noticed was due to the tank being completely full — something you were aware of. If there had been a crack or another serious issue, the car would have lost all its fuel, which clearly did not occur.
Lastly, concerning the oil, we were never informed of any problem related to it during our phone conversations. Had we been made aware, we would have addressed it immediately. BEST REGARGS ; AUTO XAKA
Vše, proběhlo hladce. Paní hned odpovídala a ráda vždy pomohla. Můžu jen doporučit.
