The car (Mercedes-Bens A class Automatic 180) is older, but fully compliant and reliable. There is also a standard USB port and a holder for charging and attaching a customer's mobile phone. I appreciated it very much. I am very satisfied and can highly recommend Armand's services.

The best!!

It was the first time we ever rented a car. At first, we were quite suspicious since we had never rented before, let alone abroad.

In the end, you can rent from Armand with your eyes closed.

He is very responsive, kind, and flexible. We were even able to pick up the car a day earlier than planned (no fees) and did a little road trip from Tirana to Saranda. On the last day, I asked if it was okay to return the car around 10 pm instead of ~6 pm and he kindly agreed, even though he had already made the trip into town for the original return time and could have ended up waiting several extra hours for us.

The car was like the description — absolutely nothing to complain about. Over 10 days, we only had to fill up twice, which is nothing considering how many kilometers we drove.

Armand let us enjoy our trip without stress and allowed us to pay at check-out. He accepts debit/credit cards and cash, and there was no deposit required either.

All in all, a very great experience. I’d even say I miss the car I will definitely rent from Armand if I come back to Albania.
