The car pickup and drop-off was prompt, on time, and friendly. They helped us with everything. The car's upholstery was a bit dirty, but it ran well. It had power and braked properly. But after the second day, a scraping noise started, and it didn't go away for the entire trip. They even looked at us on the streets as we drove by. We spoke with them and decided to keep the car, but they should inspect it before returning it.
Could not be more satisfied with the whole process. Everything went smoothly. Will definitely rent again from him next time I am in Albania.

This is my second time renting a car from Eriont, and once again, I was very happy with the service. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, the staff were friendly, always smiling and professional, and the vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. Rented a car from Eriont during my trip to Albania and everything went super smoothly. The car was clean, ran great, and made getting around really easy. High Milage cars (250k kilometres +) and low quality customer service. Due to the road conditions in Albania one of the car tyre got damaged. I offered to replace it myself with a new one form the same brand, but the owner did insist I pay for 2 brand new tyres. This was not reasoanable at all. The owner did refuse the offer that I made treplace the tyres myself instead he insisted on some absurd amount for two new tyres. Pretty sure he got the money and the new tyres are just used ones. Terrible experience would avoid.
All other reviews show that nobody else has had any problem with us and you were pretty happy with the quality of the car and you felt safe to drive 200 km/h on Albanian roads.You drove on a city road full of potholes at a crazy speed of 150km/h and that was the reason the tire was blown on 4 different parts.If you would be a careful driver you would not do that kind of damage to the car tires and rims,not mentioning the damage made to other suspension parts.We asked you to change both tires because nobody would be safe to drive on a car that has 4 different tires from each other.When you took the car it had 4 new tires from the same brand.We told you that you could change the tires yourself but you were asking to put cheap chinese tires which are not safe and do not meet our standards.The price we asked you was not crazy at all and we explained what you had damaged,it was two tires,and the rim was deformed also the alignment was out from the impact with the potholes.Thank you!

Same from our side. Perfect car, communication and check-in or drop-off the car were smooth. I recommend this guys and I will use this rental again in next time.
Everything was fine with receiving and handing over the car.
The only thing that could be "fixed" a bit - we had problems with locking and unlocking the car, as well as opening the trunk. We even changed the key battery 2 times but it didn't help.
After a couple of days, when contacting the owner, he suggested how to solve this problem. It would have been nice if he had informed and warned us about this from the beginning.
But overall a positive experience.
Great car in good condition. Erion was also very flexible at both pick up and return.
