Receiving the car went smoothly, and the car was in good condition. We had to buy coolant along the way. Upon returning it, we weren't reimbursed because we hadn't washed the car. A disappointing end to an otherwise excellent rental period.

At the beginning was Ervin very heplfull. Tried to find best childseats for our children. Little bit confusing was debate on the deposit he insisted to be cash in EUR. Also the payment for rental he wanted to get in EUR, but finaly accepted card payment. Car was relatively good, but with winter tires. Not good in albanian summer. One tire was leaking. Suprisingly it is problem in Albania since the air service at petrol station is mostly out of order.

The only problem with Ervin was at the end of contract. He insisted on extra payment for car cleaning. The car was washed by me inside and outside before return for possibility to check all scratches. It is obvious that all cars are washed before rental and you also pay for it in the total sum. So count with the fact Ervin will try/insist to get extra money from you. Overall feeling Is neutral.
