Very friendly rental crew. They answer fast.

We had the Fiesta and it had Problems that it was sometimes not starting. We were in Himarë when it broke completely down. So they came with a replacement vehicle. We had to wait for 7h, and then we got the nice Passat cc which we could use without paying extra for the rest of our trip.

The Bluetooth was working really well, this was very nice.

The vehicles are cleaned very well before you get them and if you don't want to clean it yourself, you have to pay 10€. This seems fair to me.
