Excellent service—honest and punctual. The car was in great condition. We were a group of three adults, two teenagers, two children, and a baby, and everything worked perfectly for us. It was a real pleasure, and we truly enjoyed the experience

The car worked great, we drove all around beautiful Albania with no issues. The guys were really clear with the pickup and drop off procedures. Got back the full deposit, minus 20 euros of parking tickets I stupidly got, which they sorted out for me! Honestly amazing service and value for money.

After searching a lot, a did a really good choice choosing them. Car was comfortable, economic. They were super easy to communicate, very clear. I could drive in unpaved, but good roads. Deposit came back 2 days after I returned the car. I really recommend them!

Everything went exactly as planned. The car was handed over at the agreed time, and we were also able to return it easily, even a little earlier than expected. The owner was very flexible and adapted perfectly to our schedule.

The vehicle was exactly as described. It was an older car, as announced, but it worked perfectly and got us from point A to point B without any problems. It was also very clean. The child seats we had requested were provided and were appropriate for each of our children’s ages, which we really appreciated.

Communication was simple and efficient, and everything was handled in a serious and professional way. We also received our deposit back without any issues.

There was just no GPS as advertised.

We had a great time and received quick support by Klesti and his employees. The only problem was that there was no spare tire in the car and the person coming out to help us didn’t bring one, opposite to what we were told. After about 2.5-3h of waiting and driving to the next shop, they fixed the tire and we could get on our way. Other than that, it was a reliable service, no more problems. Kind workers and overall good experience.
