We rent a car on most of our vacations (roughly twice a year), and this has been the best experience so far. Although we were given a different car (because the one we had reserved wasn’t returned in time by the previous customer), we were offered that the original car could be delivered to us anywhere the next day. However, we were satisfied with the replacement, so there was no need to switch.

The car was in good condition, carseat for kid was there, and both the handover and return went smoothly. They were immediately reachable on WhatsApp, and communication was easy. A very kind gentleman. We definitely recommend them.

I found this agency by chance through rentfromlocals.al and it was better than we expected.

We rented an automatic Hyundai Bayon that was almost new (around 15.000 km). There were signs that the driver’s door had been damaged and repaired, but the car drove well and it was comfortable enough for longs drives around the country.

The lot is a short walk away from the airport terminal and both picking up the car and dropping it off went smoothly.

Great value for money. I totally recommend and I’ll surely book again the next time I’m in Tirana.

Great experience!The car was very clean and good. The pick-up process was quick. The drop-off location in Tirana is conveniently close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and even drove us to the airport after we returned the car - thank you very much again . I would definitely choose them again without hesitation.
