Edison was 45 minutes late to our appointment to pick up the car.
As our car was not ready, he gaves us another car and we had to beg to have the contract.
Two days after, after a hundred messages (lies?) on WhatsApp, he suprised us in a random road (was he following us ?) to ask us to switch the car. The contract for that car was half-made and the car was dangerous (airbag issue) and dirty inside and outside.
This rental was the worst of my life, I recomand to avoid this person/company
Everything went perfectly, the car is in good condition, for this price it’s just wonderful, wonderful staff and service, they met me at the airport and at night when I returned from the car, they gave me a ride to the airport so that I wouldn’t have to walk in the dark with a heavy suitcase The office is located near the airport, completing the documents took 10 minutes, the car had half a tank, the car was clean, cheap, I know for surethat if I come to Albania again, I will contact them again!)
