Né vše proběhlo úplně hladce. Drobné problémy při přihlášení do aplikace vzhledem k věku, nezkušenosti a jazykové bariéře.
Zápůjčka vozidla: Dorazilo úplně jiné vozidlo než bylo objednané. Chápu že na konci sezóny již stav vozidla není tak dobrý jako na začátku, ale přeci jen bych byl klidnější kdyby vše fungovalo. Nejednalo se o podstatné závady ale s neznámým autem v neznámé zemi dokáží jízdu nepříjemně ztrpčit.

Lo abbiamo chiamato tantissime volte chiedendogli spiegazioni, continuava a dirci di stare arrivando ma nulla e ci ha risposto anche male il dipendente.Abbiamo dovuto affittare un’altra macchina al doppio e avuto il disagio di ben 2 ore di ritardo che hanno inciso negativamente sulla programmazione della nostra prima giornata. Unica cosa positiva il servizio clienti che ci ha subito disdetto la prenotazione e restituito i soldi immediatamente.
Siamo spiacenti per il disagio vissuto al momento del Suo arrivo. Purtroppo, a causa di un incidente stradale imprevisto, il nostro staff è rimasto bloccato nel traffico e ha subito un ritardo di circa un’ora.
Comprendiamo che questa situazione abbia inciso negativamente sulla programmazione della Sua giornata e ci scusiamo sinceramente per l’inconveniente. Ci dispiace inoltre che, nel frattempo, la prenotazione sia stata annullata prima che riuscissimo a consegnare l’auto.
Siamo lieti che il rimborso sia stato effettuato immediatamente e prendiamo nota dei Suoi commenti per migliorare ulteriormente la gestione delle emergenze in futuro.

I would not recommend. I booked a VW Golf and after the date that i could not cancel, it was switched to a VW Polo. Then, the polo that i was given broke down on 2nd day of driving. We were stranded up in the north with no phone reception on dangerous roads. Without the help of locals, i don't know what we would have done. A replacment car was provided the following morning, delivered at 9:30am. This car worked perfectly and had no difficulties. Still, the VW Polo should never have been given as a car in the first place. And it was not the one i booked. i would go elsewhere to avoid the stress this caused me.

We regret that the VW Polo had issues and we acted as quickly as possible to deliver you a replacement the following morning, which, as you mentioned, worked perfectly throughout your trip.
However, we would also like to note for transparency that the final vehicle returned to us had passenger-side damage that was not present at the start of the rental. This has been recorded in our system.
