Délais de réponse quasi immédiat (week-end), et conditions de location plus avantageuses qu'en agence. Juste une caution de 50€ cash, qui nous a été restituée à la fin de notre périple. État des lieux du véhicule avec une vidéo qui nous a été envoyée à l'instant. Notre loueur nous a donné de précieux conseils quant aux itinéraires à emprunter (pas de traceur) et aux lieux à visiter. Notre loueur nous a contactés par WhatsApp pour savoir si tout allait bien et proposer son aide si besoin, très aimable. Voiture louée en centre ville, puis restituée à l'aéroport. Le loueur nous a ensuite raccompagnés à notre hôtel. Concernant le véhicule, il nous a permis de bien circuler en sécurité sur tout type de routes, et en prime, il avait l'option "siège chauffant" . Je recommande vivement ce loueur (Elsida), pour son professionnalisme, sa flexibilité et son accueil +++.

Après ma réservation, j’ai été contacté par WhatsApp pour préparer mon arrivée. Le jour J, Ledio m’a accueilli à l’aéroport avec la voiture déjà prête dans le parking. Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement, les explications étaient claires et le service impeccable.

Pour le retour du véhicule, tout s’est passé simplement et sans aucun problème.

When our flight was diverted from Tirana due to bad weather, their team was online all the way, guiding us to the right pickup spot without a hitch. The car was brand new and spotless, making our Albanian adventure even smoother.

Check-in and check-out were lightning-fast and effortless, with no queues or hassle. Special shoutout to Elsida — she went above and beyond by supporting us and accepting British Pounds on the spot when I realised I had no euros or ALL. Everything went well - Regonta is a friendly and polite person who speaks very good english and explains everything very well.

Only thing that was disappointing was the fact the he was one hour late to drop off the car and we had to postpone our plans because of that. I wish that he would have advised that he is going to be that much late as we were left unaware and were just waiting for an hour without being able to do anything else because we did not know when he was going to arrive.

Except for that we were happy with our experience.
