We appreciate all feedback, but in this case we must clarify some important points:
The car was in excellent condition at the time of delivery, something that is fully documented with video evidence from both parties. The only pre-existing damages were a scratch on the trunk and a mark on the rear bumper – both of which were transparently shown before the rental. The brakes were replaced at the beginning of the season and it is very easy to see that they are far from worn out.
The only issue that occurred during the rental was the damage caused to the rear fender, which had no scratches or dents before check-out. For this we also have clear video evidence. The basic insurance package chosen by the customer does not cover damages caused by the renter, which is why the payment was unavoidable. The charged amount, €150, is the absolute minimum cost for repairing such a part in Albania – and for any damage, even 1 millimeter, the whole panel needs to be repainted, not just the tiny spot.
Regarding the comments about behavior, our staff is always polite and professional. However, when someone tries to avoid paying for the damage they caused, we strictly follow the company’s rules and procedures.
This negative review is not about the quality of our service or the condition of the car, but simply the result of the renter’s dissatisfaction with having to pay for the damage he himself caused.
