You are the only customer so far to express a negative opinion about our vehicles. The cigarette lighter was fully functional at the time the car was handed over to you.
Regarding the fuel, everything appeared to be in order when the car was returned. We take pride in responding to all our customers promptly and efficiently. As we explained to you, the small fuel leakage you noticed was due to the tank being completely full — something you were aware of. If there had been a crack or another serious issue, the car would have lost all its fuel, which clearly did not occur.
