Pick-up and drop-off process was smooth. Gentian was proactive in communication. Rented a Fiat Lungo 500 Diesel, never had any issues throughout the rental period. Would definitely recommend.

Tout c’est très bien passé transaction rapide, la voiture n’était pas la même que celle réservé mais tout aussi bien. Voiture propre et sans problème. Le retour a été rapide également et sans soucis

Nous avions loué une fiat panda 4*4. Le départ s'est fait sur le parking accolé a l'aéroport par un ami de gentian sans attente, la voiture était nickel d'aspect et petit kilométrage.

Une fois a bord, pas de clim, pas de bluetooth et un petit soucis de voiture qui broute en 2eme mais pas de soucis majeur pendant le voyage.

Gentian est venu récupéré la voiture au lieu de notre choix et a même payé le parking ou nous avions stationné la voiture.

Il n'a pas été très regardant a la réception.

Le seul bémol est le temps de réponse a nos messages trop long, si on avait eu un soucis, ça aurait pu être compliqué.

Mais je recommande quand même ce loueur.

The pick-up and drop-off process was very quick. Due to rainy weather, we were picked up at the airport upon arrival, for which we are very grateful. The car was in impeccable condition and very comfortable.

Die Abholung und Abgabe war Reibungslos. Lediglich das Auto war mit fast 200000 Km auf der Uhr und zahlreichen Schäden nicht das, was ich erwartet habe. Immerhin hat es ohne Probleme unsere 950 Km durchgehalten.
