We booked a wolksvagen golf 5 but when we arrived they told us there are no golf 5 and they recommznd a ford c max which we did not like; also they gave it to us with no benzine and dirty. And so because they told us this when we have arrived we did not have other choice so we tooke it. And i think this is not professional.

The car was in an end-of-life condition, and the price was doubled for taking the vehicle abroad & long-distance driving - despite clear communication on the website/ in the booking process that taking the car abroad comes at no extra cost and that there is no kilometre limit.

I rented an X3, but upon arrival in Tirana, I was informed that the vehicle had been in an accident. Instead, I was offered a Golf+ as a replacement.

I had to negotiate to get a reduced rate, given the downgrade.

Additionally, I noticed that one of the tires appeared different from the others. When I raised the concern, I was told everything was fine.

However, after just three hours on the road, I realized that both rear tires were flat.

When I called the rental provider, he admitted he was already aware of the issue and asked me to replace the tires myself, promising to reimburse me.

When it came time to return the car, he showed up late — which caused unnecessary stress as I was at risk of missing my flight.

Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional. It gave the impression of an informal operation — more like a private individual renting out multiple cars and using minors to manage the process.

Most other reviews are positive, so perhaps I was just unlucky. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend this rental service.

Rien ne s’est passé comme prévenu. Difficile de les trouver à l’aéroport et ne répondent pas. Car notre voiture réservée n’est pas disponible. Ils finissent pas venir nous voir en demandant de l’aide à des locaux. Ils nous en proposent une autre qu’ils viendront échanger le lendemain. Mais là encore aucune des voitures ne correspond à celle que nous avions réservée sur le site. Voiture en piteux état: impact pare-brise, pas de possibilité de régler le siège conducteur, odeur d’essence, radio qui se décroche quand on roule. Dangereux

A fuir!! Dans un premier temps nous n'avons pas eu la bonne voiture comme indiqué sur la réservation. De plus la voiture était dans un sale état que ce soit l'intérieur ou l'extérieur... Les freins ne fonctionnaient pas bien et le voyant est resté en allumer du début à la fin. De plus ils vous vendent un prix ainsi qu'un second conducteur gratuit ce n'est pas le cas, nous avons payé plus cher que prévu et donc choisis qu'un seul conducteur.

Et pour finir la voiture n'avait aucune puissance ce qui fut donc très compliqué pour accéder à certains logements ainsi que sur certaines routes.

Je déconseille fortement, fuyez, même si cela coûte moins cher que les autres loueurs.

El coche estaba echo polvo. Y sucio por dentro. Había hasta pañuelos usados en la guantera. Tuvimos que comprar cinta americana porque se descolgaba el parachoques

La voiture réceptionnée n’était pas celle réservée.

Deux soucis techniques: un feu arrière qui ne fonctionnait pas et surtout pneus sous gonflés avec une conduite en montagne qui était de ce fait dangereuse.

Nie dostaliśmy zarezerwowanego samochodu, wymieniano go nam 3 razy. Na końcu doliczone 10€ za sprzątanie, jakbyśmy dostali czysty samochód samowolka i cwaniactwo.

We didn't get the car we booked, and it was changed three times. Finally, they charged us €10 for cleaning, as if we'd received a clean car arrogance and slyness.
