The car was not OK: it had a broken locking system, tires were old, the oil was at 0 % and when we refueled the gas it started leaking out. When we got the car it had an empty tank so we had to quickly refuel. Yes, it was cheap, but not very professional.
You damaged the car in the back and we didnt charge you nothig at all even though you had no full insurance.We also didnt charge you for the washing even though you took it clean and brought it very dirty.
You didnt report any issues of the car to us meanwhile you were having it.otherwise we would have help to swap the car.Thank you for your comment but please be fair.

Dealt with Ardian last week, very fast response without hassle. Needed a car dropped off to my chosen location and went all smooth. Deposit paid cash and received back on return. Would absolutely use Rentfromlocals again.
La voiture était conforme à l’annonce, elle nous a permis de faire notre road trip sur les routes albanaises sans soucis, je recommanderais le loueur ainsi que le site qui est top !

Arrivati al punto d’incontro, per problemi alla macchina prenotata, ci é stata consegnata una macchina di livello decisamente superiore (Subaru Impreza) senza alcuna variazione di prezzo.

Il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato la Subaru si é messo a completa disposizione in qualsiasi caso avessi dovuto aver bisogno!
Fortunatamente la nostra esperienza é stata senza alcun intoppo e, dopo una settimana, riportata la macchina, dopo i vari controlli di routine, il Sig. Ardiank1 ci ha omaggiato il lavaggio della macchina (che da contratto andava pagato se riportata la macchina sporca).
Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare, sappiamo a chi rivolgerci per noleggiare la macchina!

Nous avons loué la polo pour une semaine. Lors de notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis et nous a tout expliqué en anglais et traduit le contrat de location. Nous n'avons pas déposé de caution, ce qui est très bien. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant. Durant notre semaine, nous avons beaucoup bougé en passant par les villes les plus connues de la côte et des terres. Il faut juste souligner que la voiture date de 2010 et qu'elle n'a pas beaucoup de puissance. Certaines montées étaient compliquées. Nous avons eu un problème avec la vitre de la voiture et le propriétaire ne nous a rien demandé. Merci au propriétaire pour les services, cependant je ne recommande pas cette voiture pour aller à Ksamil, Himare, Sarandë. Voiture pour de petits trajets.

We waited 1 hour 30 minutes in the parking lot of the owner of the car. When he arrived, he made us move to his own parking in 39 degrees. Then he gave us a better car (Subaru Impreza instead of Ford Fusion). But he told us that it was a diesel (also noted diesel on the site) because we did not want an essence (bcp more than diesel). Except that when refueling, we were surprised that the Subaru was an essence not a diesel. The owner is therefore a Malhonete scammer, not to trust him. He does not respect his clients. very disappointed.
