Trafiłem na tą wypożyczalnie po dłuższych poszukiwaniach na forach i grupach FB w temacie Albanii i to był bardzo dobry wybór! Wszystko od początku do końca przebiegało idealnie. Auto w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym. Polecam!

Everything was perfect from the first contact days before arrival till the end when we brought back the car. All was clear and well managed. Very kind and warm. I took the full insurance. I got unfortunately a small impact on the bottom part of the car due to column with bigger dimension on the base I had no seen from inside the car in an indoor parking. As I was full insuranced, I had no extra to pay, it was OK for them. Many thanks to them. The car was perfectly clean inside and outside. I tried to give it back the same I got it. The model was what I booked. The car got no problem and ran perfectly. You can book through them, I highly recommend. If I come again in Albania and need a car, for sure I will book to them again.

J’ai loué une Volkswagen Tiguan en parfait état, très propre et bien entretenue. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, rendant le trajet très agréable. Le responsable a été d’une grande disponibilité, présent même tard dans la nuit et nous a accompagnés jusqu’aux derniers instants de notre départ. Une expérience impeccable que je recommande vivement !

Ho noleggiato una vw polo per 5 giorni per il mio viaggio in Albania e ho ritirato la macchina all'aeroporto di Tirana. Mi sono trovato molto bene: il servizio è stato preciso, in orario sia all'andata che al ritorno per la restituzione della macchina. Sicuramente molto consigliato per chi dovesse noleggiare una macchina in Albania.

Proces rezerwacji był szybki i bezproblemowy, a obsługa klienta wyjątkowo uprzejma i pomocna. Samochód, który wynająłem, był w doskonałym stanie – czysty, dobrze utrzymany i gotowy do jazdy.

Très satisfaite de la location de voiture. Un bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci à Endri d'avoir été professionnel, serviable, gentil et ponctuel afin que tout se déroule bien. La voiture était au top, on l'a récupéré directement à l'aéroport et on l'a reçu dans un état très propre.

I couldn't recommend this car rental company more. We rented at Tirana airport a VW Polo TDI clean and in perfect conditions, both mechanically and internally/externally, making our Albanian trip safe and stress-free. The owner is absolutely welcoming, communicative and trustworthy. He carries on this job with passion and total care for the customers; a kind of unicorn if I consider several previous experiences with other car rentals. Last but not least: a convenient value for money that makes OLEN the to-go rental company in Albania.
