We had such a great experience with Elio! Communication was easy, he answered all of our questions (and my god I had a lot of them), he was really patient, great prices too. Contract was clear and complete. He is flexible, don’t be shy to ask if you have questions or requests. He accept cash and card payments, which was really great for us since the money change was harder in Canada. We couldn’t wish for better honestly. It was a long and sometimes complicated travel in Albania, we had absolutely zero problem with the car. Elio even gave us recommendations for bars, restaurants, gelato and outdoors places in Tirana for our last day. Couldn’t recommended more!!

J’ai beaucoup cherché pour trouver LA façon la plus rassurante pour moi de louer un véhicule en Albanie et c’est chez ProRent que j’ai trouvé (ne cherchez pas ailleurs) :
- personnel serviable, très réactif et de bons conseils
- paiement par carte de crédit
- paiement dans ma devise en euro sans frais
- le moins cher du marché
- pas de deposit
- retrait / restitution du véhicule à l’aéroport et à l’heure que vous voulez (gratuitement)
- véhicule comme neuf bien optionné (année 2024 avec à peine 4000 km)
Je ne peux que vous recommander à 100%
I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company. I was charged €150 for a tiny scratch that, according to a professional estimate, would cost less than €8 to repair. This felt completely unreasonable and left me with the impression that the company takes advantage of customers.
As a travel content creator, I’ve rented cars all over the world, and I’ve never encountered such an excessive and unfair charge. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company and will be sharing my full experience with my followers on YouTube and Instagram so that others can be aware and make informed decisions.

After thoroughly analyzing and comparing all available car rental options in Albania, renting directly with rents from locals was undoubtedly the best choice we could have made.
From the very beginning, the owner was extremely responsive. We received a recent-model Kia Stonic, equipped with Apple CarPlay, making our driving experience enjoyable and convenient from the start. The vehicle was delivered perfectly clean, fully fueled, and very well-maintained.
Returning the car was equally impressive, fast, smooth, and hassle-free. The entire drop-off process took less than 5 minutes.
Highly recommended for anyone considering renting a car in Albania!
