King of rentals! Perfect communication, hassle-free pick-up within 5 minutes, no last minute added fees and BS, he made us aware of all dents and scratches on the car, free upgrade, drop- off under 2 minutes. I fully recommend this guy and his rental company, it was way better than I dared to hope for. Thank you eliob for perfect service!

I was a bit skeptical initially, however, Elio and the team were great. Punctual and provided directions and details for the pickup and the drop off. Very satisfied and will use their rental services in the future.

I had to change the date of the pick up and I had no problem with it. The car was there, ready for me at 23:00 at the airport as I asked for.

We were introduced to eliob for the first time. We bought an apartment in Golem last summer and were looking for a good and affordable car rental company at Tirana Airport. There are dozens of providers, so the choice was quite difficult. We plan to use the same provider several times a year, which also made the choice difficult. At Rent from Locals, we chose eliob. Clear agreements. Competitive price. No deposit. No credit card. Simply pay by debit card at the waiting car. Unlimited mileage. Good insurance. Clear instructions on where to pick up and return the car (24/7). 100 meters from the terminal (so no annoying shuttles or vans). No long lines or hidden fees. In addition, fast and clear communication (in English) via WhatsApp. We've rented cars at airports all over the world, and nowhere has it been as quick and easy as here. The car was exactly what we'd agreed upon (a Hyundai Venue, automatic, 4-door, with 35,000 km on the odometer), clean, and with a full tank. Eliob is highly recommended. We will only use their service in the future.

Récupération facile et rapide de la voiture / idem pour la restitution. Voiture dans un très bon état et fiable.

Par contre, je ne sais toujours pas pourquoi j'ai payé le supplément passage frontière....car aucune mesure n'avait été prévue et contrairement à ce que Eliob m'a dit, il était impossible de payer la carte verte à la frontière croate. Donc après 3 heures et demie de queue à la frontière, j'ai été obligé de faire demi tour et revoir mon itinéraire de voyage. Très pénible!!il conviendrait à l'avenir de revoir ce point et clarifier les modalités de passage de frontière pour savoir si il est vraiment possible de traverser et à quelle condition....

Elio était parfait pour notre location en Albanie. Il était présent à la prise en charge et au retour. Notre Kia Stonic était en parfait état et très propre. C'était une automatique. Je recommande à 100% cette entreprise de location accessible pour ma part depuis Rent from locals. Le prix est très contenu. A notre prochain passage à Tirana, nous choisirons à nouveau Elio en toute confiance.
