We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify that during your rental, the car sustained significant damage — including the rear bumper, the underbody from off-road driving, and issues with the trunk caused by forceful closing.
Even though the repair costs were much higher, we charged you only €40 as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we provided free pick-up and drop-off service at the terminal, and our staff assisted you kindly throughout the process.
