Assistenza veloce ma macchina no comment. Macchina diversa da quella prenotata e batteria ko dopo un giorno.
Ti hanno dato un'auto della stessa categoria, una Seat Ibiza diesel, dello stesso anno e con le stesse caratteristiche, e abbiamo sostituito la batteria a Saranda, dove si è verificato il problema, senza spendere nulla.
La batteria può rompersi con il passare del tempo, ma l'abbiamo sostituita con un'altra presso la nostra officina di Saranda.

Un peu mitigé de passer via cette plateforme mais au final tout s’est extrêmement bien passé. La voiture était très bien, propre et entretenu.
Le loueur était très sympa et a tout expliquer parfaitement. Également aucun soucis avec la caution. Merci pour tout !

All good with the rental. Ervin was very kind and supportive. No problems in getting the deposit back. He also met us at the airport on arrival and drop us there on our way back (the rental is also reachable with a 10 minutes walk). Recommended.
Useful information: be aware that the "full insurance" doesn't cover all the parts of the car (but apparently that goes also for the other local renter) and you'll pay 10 euro for the cleaning of the car at the end.

Rental went well, car was in good condition and clean.
Highly recommend. Car was excellent, really clean, ran really well, had zero problems and a very comfortable 10 days driving round Albania. Ervin was great to communicate with and friendly when collecting/dropping off the car. No problems with getting our deposit back. Car was collected around a 5 min walk from the airport. The owner was really friendly and the car was clean and in good conditions although it was 6 years old.
Picked up from their airport off-site location a few minutes walk from the terminal, car is as expected (Ford Fiesta) in good condition though with high mileage. Drove 800+ km to Saranda and back. Dropped off the car after a week and no issues with damage inspection and full cash deposit was returned. Friendly service at a good value
