Everything was perfect.
Excellent communication and organisation
My experience was pretty positive I must say. We ran into a problem with the car we rented that couldn't be repaired immediately and Gentian drove almost 4 hours to deliver us a new car, the same day. It was rather surprising. Thank you. Overall good experience

Mi hanno consegnato un'auto diversa da quella prenotata perché in manutenzione, non mi hanno avvisato prima. L'auto consegnata non aveva i servizi inclusi indicati (bluetooth) e aveva un tipo di rifornimento diverso (diesel più costoso). Le condizioni dell'auto non erano ottimali, frizione molto dura e sterzo che tendeva pesantemente a destra.
L'auto non ha dato problemi ma loro sono stati poco corretti nella comunicazione. Inoltre, quando ho chiesto un'auto a benzina l'hanno fatto sembrare un problema enorme.

Pick-up and drop-off process was smooth. Gentian was proactive in communication. Rented a Fiat Lungo 500 Diesel, never had any issues throughout the rental period. Would definitely recommend.
Tout c’est très bien passé transaction rapide, la voiture n’était pas la même que celle réservé mais tout aussi bien. Voiture propre et sans problème. Le retour a été rapide également et sans soucis

Nous avions loué une fiat panda 4*4. Le départ s'est fait sur le parking accolé a l'aéroport par un ami de gentian sans attente, la voiture était nickel d'aspect et petit kilométrage.
Une fois a bord, pas de clim, pas de bluetooth et un petit soucis de voiture qui broute en 2eme mais pas de soucis majeur pendant le voyage.
Gentian est venu récupéré la voiture au lieu de notre choix et a même payé le parking ou nous avions stationné la voiture.
Il n'a pas été très regardant a la réception.
Le seul bémol est le temps de réponse a nos messages trop long, si on avait eu un soucis, ça aurait pu être compliqué.
Mais je recommande quand même ce loueur.

The pick-up and drop-off process was very quick. Due to rainy weather, we were picked up at the airport upon arrival, for which we are very grateful. The car was in impeccable condition and very comfortable.
Very good experiences and everything went well! Good contact – Gentian is a trustworthy and kind man. Toyota Auris 144 is the perfect car for a trip around Albania. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly! We drove around 1400km with the car this vacation, the car held it extremely well. Genti was also very helpful during rental with questions etc.
