We had problems with locking trunk door, but got a new car. Then we couldnt start the car so we had to leave it beside the road, but the owner came to give us another car - better than we paid for and no extra charge. One of the doors wouldnt lock, but otherwise was very good! Very much recommend full insurance, the service was good. Next time we wouldnt take Toyota Yaris, but Wolkswagen golf instead.

Good service. Quick contact via whatsapp. One legible document in English to sign. Photo of my ID taken and car keys given. Car to be picked up very close to the terminal. Returning the car to the parking lot 5 minutes walk away, without having to meet the lessor.

Plus, Toyota Yaris was perfect for Albanian traffic.

Service correct, car in good conditions and very good price. I recommend!
