– The return meeting point is always agreed in advance and is only a short distance from the original request. We also offered the option of a transfer for a small fee, which is fully optional.

– Regarding the speeding ticket: by law, the fine must be paid by the driver. We always inform our clients about the possibility of a reduced fee if paid early. Unfortunately, once the process has started with the authorities, the discount is not always guaranteed.

– Payments are always handled transparently, and we provide receipts when required.

I'm very sorry but this is just your useless opinion, as a company we have been on the market for 6 years, and recently we have been collaborating with local rental, a serious site, but in addition to our service that we offer for security and transparency with the client, we also offer a video presentation of the car and its condition before you receive it, and the client also has this video on his WhatsApp. When the car is delivered and checked out, a comparison is made through the video from the first day, and my honor: I'm sorry for what you say because you yourself know very well what damage you did to the car after you saw in the video that those blows were not, this happened as a result of your irresponsibility while driving it when you should have been more careful in driving it and these things would not have happened. If you had gone to a service center, you would have had a higher cost, but as a company we are always there to help our customers, the cars are fully serviced every season ready to work and what you say about the lack of water etc. is not true at all!
