Hubo muy buena afinidad y trato. Puntualidad y el precio del producto escogido se ajusto en todo momento. La facilidad y tranquilidad que me dio el hacer un vídeo exterior del vehículo para asegurar si algún desperfecto existente hubiera constancia a la devolución. Hyundai i20 resultó ser un veterano lleno de kms pero que nos llevó durante 10 dias a 3 países de los Balcanes, combustible diesel y económico. Cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Para nosotros ha sido satisfactorio el trato, habiendo pudido hacer la devolución en el día y hora acordado. Vilson y su coche, todo un acierto, para repetir.

My journey began with adventures from the very first day. First, a flight delay, then car rental, then car issues, then the hospital and everything else. But that’s not what this story is about…
Regarding the car rental:
I received exactly what I had ordered. Everything was available and matched the description perfectly. Yes, there were a few hiccups, but everything was resolved very quickly. What I really appreciated was the constant online support. Whenever I had a problem or a question, I got answers at any time of day or night.
There was a rule in the terms: no off-road driving. But as we all know, most beautiful beaches are located outside the cities where the roads aren’t great. When I asked if I could drive on such roads, they replied, “Yes, no problem. We understand, so there won’t be any issues—as long as the car isn’t damaged.” That was a big plus.
What I didn’t like—just one thing. They asked how many passengers there would be only when I came to pick up the car. There were 4 adults and 1 child. Upon pickup, they recommended that the car might struggle on some inclines. When I asked if they could suggest a replacement, they said there was nothing available. That kind of information should be included in the description or discussed with the customer before pickup.
That said, the car fully met my expectations. It handled well both uphill and downhill. It completely fulfilled my needs.
So if you decide to book a car from this company—go ahead and book with confidence.

Zamówiliśmy Forda Fiestę 361, natomiast właściciel zamienił nam go na Toyotę Yaris, twierdząc, że: "samochód jest w porządku, jest nawet nowszy niż ten, który wybrałeś". Podczas odbioru okazało się, że odbieramy samochód nie w pełni sprawny (przednia szyba porządnie pęknięta, brak tylnej wycieraczki, przednie wycieraczki też nie spełniały swojego zadania podczas jazdy w deszczu a taki nam się zdarzył). Był słaby podczas wjazdu pod górki, których w Albanii nie brakuje. Nie mieliśmy już czasu na szukanie innego samochodu, bo w hotelu czekały na nas dzieci z bagażami a był straszliwy upał. Od strony kierowcy czasami wypadała osłona przeciwsłoneczna, co utrudniało jazdę w słoneczne dni. Pedał sprzęgła i hamulca też opornie działał. Przez całą drogę coś pod kołami tłukło i ogólnie samochód był dosyć głośny (prawdopodobnie zużyte łożyska). O tym zgłaszaliśmy właścicielowi podczas jazdy. Po takiej jeździe czasami bolała głowa od tego hałasu. Dzieci twierdziły, że jeździmy w czołgu jak tak huczało. Jedynym plusem było to, że szczęśliwie jakoś dojechaliśmy do celu, chociaż nie ukrywam, że martwiliśmy się, czy na drodze samochód się nie zepsuje. Czasami tak się zastanawiam w jakim stanie mógłby być ten Ford Fiesta, który miał być według właściciela starszy od tej Toyoty? Jednym słowem to nie pierwszy raz kiedy wypożyczaliśmy samochód w innym kraju i jeszcze w takim stanie jak ten samochód nie otrzymaliśmy żadnego. Uważam, że od strony właściciela było to nieodpowiedzialne, bo samochód stwarzał zagrożenie na drodze i w takim stanie - doskonale wiedział o tym - nam go zaoferował. Cena wypożyczenia tego typu auta zbyt zawyżona co do jakości usługi. Na pocieszenie zostawiliśmy właścicielowi samochodu więcej paliwa w baku w porównaniu ze stanem podczas odbioru, bo po zwrocie pewnie zauważył nasze w pełni niezadowolenie stanem samochodu. To tak na otarcie łez, bo dobro zawsze wygrywa i wraca. Może zdecyduje się na wycofanie go całkowicie z jazdy, bo "staruszek" pewnie się już najeździł: w odczycie ponad 300 000 km oficjalnego przebiegu, i nie ma co go odmładzać, bo to będzie niebezpieczne dla ludzi na drodze. To taka prawda o stanie tego samochodu. Właścicielowi samochodu życzymy wszystkiego co najlepsze :)

The car was better than the one booked, very well mantained and the host was always available to help.
The car was dangerous. The seat belt was non-functional (the locking mechanism was broken), the airbags had been deployed (and were missing), and the tires were of varying ages — the oldest one was 25 years old. The clutch and clutch bearings were long dead. There was rust, various defects, and the headlights were aimed far too high, with the adjustment mechanism not working. Many things were non-functional, from the mirror adjustment, sun visor, and central locking to the radio. The odometer showed 330,000 km, but I believe the actual mileage was much higher.
The owner complained that I hadn’t informed him about the delayed car pick-up, but I had given him my flight number, and I was stuck in airplane mode during the flight, which was delayed. Upon returning the car, he himself was half an hour late and had his phone switched off — not great when you’re trying to make your flight. He was overly concerned about the car not being driven to Theth, even though there’s relatively new asphalt there; the first-class roads are in much worse shape. An unpleasant return policy for the customer, requiring the tank to be half full.

It's a fact that the car was quite old, but worked well and with a good A/C system, absolutely needed. On the other hand, the owner was very collaborative and aiming to help in every moment. Definetively I'd repeat

Reservation was immediately confirmed , we had last minute booking starting the next day for 6 days.
The car wasn’t available but we got a better car upgrade without any extra payment which was great.
Totally legit , no need to be worried of getting scammed as with other companies.

Wir hatten ursprünglich einen Golf 6 gebucht, bekamen dann aber sogar einen Passat Automatik ohne Aufpreis – eine super Überraschung! Alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Wenn man sich an die Regeln hält, gibt es absolut keine Probleme. Vilson ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend – absolut empfehlenswert!

Great car, easy checkin, checkout. Agree on which countries you visit to avoid discussiones in the end. It is a small rental company, not a private person.
Cortese e gentile. Mi sono preso un rimprovero per aver parcheggiato l auto in un posto vietato gli ho spiegato che non vi erano divieti ne alcune segnale che indicasse di non spostare. Comunque è andato tutto bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
