The owner was very nice and gave us a better car than we bought. He gave us our entire deposit back without any problems. The car was in very good condition. Even though we were half an hour late, the owner didn't charge us anything.

Positive experience. Highly recommend it.

Bonne expérience avec ce système de location entre particuliers. Très bon contact avec kristik qui nous a mis en confiance dès la livraison de la voiture. La polo n'était pas récente mais elle a fait le job pour la moitié du tarif des gros loueurs. Merci à kristik pour sa patiente face à notre difficulté à trouver le rendez vous à l'aéroport.

Kristik was helpful and replied nearly instantly at every moment. He was waiting at the airport for our arrival. he drove quite a distance to meet up in the middle of our journey through albania to upgrade our car. Very pleased with this interaction and experience. (first time on rentfromlocals)

Only one thing, the two back doors can not be locked, Kristi wasn't aware of this problem before we rent it, so now he would take care of it.

Kristi and his team were available for us from the moment we confirmed the booking and ansewered all our questions in record time. The car was a bit old, but made the trip without problems. Overall we are very happy with our reservation. As a suggestion, having a board with our name on the airport pickup could make the first meeting easier.
