Voiture en très mauvais état ( 270000kms au compteur...) . J'ai anticipé dès la prise en charge de la voiture en prenant énormément de photos avant même de signer. Assez rapidement la voiture a donné des signes de fatigue ( climatisation qui s'arrêtait tout a coup, amortisseurs en fin de vie donc trajet pas très confortable. ) Le coffre arrière s'est ouvert un jour alors que nous roulions et impossible de le refermer , j'ai été obligé de le comdamner en utilisant plusieurs fils de fer . Le lendemain claquements incessants dans le tableau de bord côté commande électrique de la climatisation au point de l'arrêter complètement jusqu'à la fin du séjour . Tous ces problèmes ont été remonté au fur et à mesure par message au loueur sans aucun mot d'excuse ni même une proposition de changement de véhicule ou bien même un simple geste commercial symbolique.
Le comble après tout cela est c'est bien évidemment et entièrement ma faute, j'ai oublié ma paire de lunettes de vue dans la portière en rendant la voiture. Je m'en suis aperçu aussitôt et après avoir appelé le loueur , il a fallut que j'aille moi même les récupérer en prenant un taxi sans même une proposition de faire mi- chemin .
En résumé le site de réservation est bien fait avec un énorme choix de voitures en fonction de multiples critères mais je n'ai pas eu la chance de tomber sur un loueur très honnête. ( Nous avons parcouru l'Albanie pendant 10 jours et c'est le seul mauvais souvenir que nous garderons.
I am sorry to hear these negative words from you. As for the car it is in great condition and drives perfectly, as all the other reviews from other clients prove that . You can see the year of production of the car so 240k kilometers are to be excpected. If you want a car with zero kilometers this is not the case or the price. You forgeted your glasses in the car and I wrote you for them, and you took them back safely at our shop. It was peak season, we didnt have nobody to deliver them you personally to your hotel, neither is that our duty. These is a small family bussines and we are very correct with every client, every car is regurarly maintained. Dont be negative my friend to harm others, carma will find you!

I had a great experience renting from Eduard. He accommodated our request for a child seat and booster perfectly. The car is in very good shape considering its age with an impressive fuel economy of 5.2L/100km on the highway. Overall, it was a super deal and great value for the money. Highly recommend - 5/5!

Eduard was very precise and correct. The car fully met our expectations and I particularly appreciated the fact that it consumed little fuel. I will definitely turn to Eduard again if I return to Albania and will recommend him to my friends. Thank you!
Everything went very smoothly, we travelled with the car for two weeks around the country with no major problems! Eduardo was very helpful aswell and always answered within the hour of texting him!
