We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Mr Ervinl Lila.

Upon arrival, Mr Ervinl Lila personally met us at the airport and drove us to the car parked in the airport parking lot.

We could immediately use our rented car.

The explanations were very clear, and since we had taken out a damage waiver, we didn't need to carry out a detailed inspection of the car.

The car was in impeccable condition, and we had no problems during our 9-day trip.

Upon our return Mr Ervinl Lila was there to meet us in person and drove us back to the airport immediately.

We got our car as described and it got us everywhere we wanted for a 3week campingtrip. Even a little stop at the servicestation was uncomplicated and Ervin stayed calm and smooth. 10/10

La voiture était en parfait état et l’organisation très pratique. Ervinl est très sympa mais juste au retour du véhicule. On s’était embêté à laver la voiture nous même et on a quand même dû payer des frais pour le lavage. Sinon rien à dire. Tout était ok.

Ervin is a very helpful and correct person. He helped us when we arrived with the luggage and also when we left. He always replied very quickly whenever I wrote to him. Of course, I recommend him, and I will book with him again the next time I come to Albania.

Everything was as planned! Hd picked us up from the airport and was very clear. The car worked well, and Ervinl was flexible with car drop off in Tirane and even drove us back to our hostel after. Highly recommend!

Ervin est vraiment quelqu'un d'honnête et de compréhensif ! Nous lui avions donné rendez-vous à 8h sur le site lors de la réservation mais on s'est rendus compte la veille qu'il fallait lui donner rendez-vous à 7h30 ! Il nous a rassuré et il est venu plus tôt afin de nous permettre de ne pas rater notre vol. On vous le conseille vraiment !

This is the first time I use car rental, especially in a wonderful country, everything is done at the highest level, you will be met where you need to be and taken to the airport on the way back with a pleasant conversation! The car is clean, very little is spent on gasoline, we filled it up for 50 euros and drove it for 8 days + the road from Tirana to Saranda and back. I recommend it to everyone, you will not regret it
