This review is very misleading and does not reflect what actually happened. From the beginning, this customer was irresponsible. He did not provide a phone number on the platform, he never replied to our emails, and communication was almost impossible. Still, we did our best to accommodate him and his family.

When returning the car, it was brought back with almost no fuel, even though our policy is clear that the vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel. This shows a lack of responsibility and respect for the agreement.

We always treat our clients with professionalism and fairness, but in this case, the customer did not follow the rules and then decided to leave a one-line negative comment saying “terrible, run away.” This is not a fair reflection of our company or the service we provide to our many happy and satisfied customers.

PS: For future clients reading this, please know that we will always provide the best service possible — but we cannot take responsibility for a customer who ignores calls and emails, provides no contact details, and returns a car with an empty tank. Respect is mutual, and irresponsible behavior will never reflect the true quality of our company.

Cet avis est très trompeur et ne reflète pas la réalité. Dès le départ, ce client a fait preuve d'irresponsabilité. Il n'a pas fourni de numéro de téléphone sur la plateforme, n'a jamais répondu à nos e-mails et la communication était quasiment impossible. Malgré cela, nous avons fait de notre mieux pour le satisfaire, lui et sa famille.

Lors de la restitution du véhicule, celui-ci a été ramené presque sans carburant, alors que notre politique stipule clairement que le véhicule doit être restitué avec le même niveau de carburant. Cela témoigne d'un manque de responsabilité et d'un manque de respect du contrat.

Nous traitons toujours nos clients avec professionnalisme et équité, mais dans ce cas précis, le client n'a pas respecté les règles et a laissé un commentaire négatif d'une seule ligne, disant « Horrible, fugue ». Cela ne reflète pas fidèlement notre entreprise ni le service que nous offrons à nos nombreux clients satisfaits.

PS : Pour les futurs clients qui liront ceci, sachez que nous nous engageons à toujours fournir le meilleur service possible, mais nous déclinons toute responsabilité si un client ignore les appels et les e-mails, ne fournit pas ses coordonnées et rend un véhicule avec le réservoir vide. Le respect est mutuel et un comportement irresponsable ne reflétera jamais la véritable qualité de notre entreprise.

First of all , we want to thank you for finding time to write us this review.

Regarding to the problem that you have , was only the battery.

You left the lights on all the night and we explained you before you sign the contract.

Full insurance works only for accidents , theft , damages to the parking that goes with Police Report.

Leaving the car lights all night , doesn't mean that full insurance will help you.

We have been speaking 24/7 to you , helping you with as much as we could , and at the contact the delivery was written Rinas , 16:00 pm 13/8/2024 and we let you to deliver the car 1 hour later and we paid your taxi from our side to send you to Tirana .

We have been supporting you all the time with the problem so this Review for us most not be but you have all the rights to write because it was your fault leaving the lights and you made a damage to us 200€ that the battery of the car was almost brand new and you charged to somewhere in the world that damaged our battery but we didn't say a word to you except tried to satisfied.

Thank you for your review , but next time before you write something for a company, make sure you to be 100% clear and responsible.
