We were provided with the wrong car that we booked. on the website the car is listed as a 2016 model, good photos, but when we approached the car, we realized that the car was older, the documents said 2011, to which we pointed out that this is not the car we booked, and we want exactly that one The owner of the car that we booked proved to us that this was exactly the car. In the end, we sorted it out for about 30 minutes, because not only the year played a role, but also the condition of the car, in the end they gave us a 5 € discount. we paid 40€ per day with discount
Everything went great! While the car isn't new and in best shape (which we were expecting), the owner was very nice and helpful and we had a great experience.
As for the car, it is very comfortable, with good air conditioning and radio, and it is very economical.

The car rental was the best I have experienced so far. Everything was done very quickly, personal pick-up, uncomplicated pick-up and drop-off of the car. I can only recommend Xhuljo and would rent a car from him again.
