Service was acceptable but the car was poor.
Retrieve function alternator did not work (for one day spare car) was fixed = 1day inconvinience and no possibility to travel, exhaust system - broken - loud and smoke coming into the car => air conditioning necessary to use but has poor regulation = cold wit full speed fan or nothing. Car trunk lock broken. Auto radio did not work at all. Lights poor performance. One window control did not work.
The car was in great shape, the host was available at all times and answered promptly. Delivery was very smooth and I had no issues.
We had the Golf5 and we experienced a minor issue with the door but eventually, all was fixed ;)
The car suggested was in a good state and very clean!
The car rental office was always available for any contact/question or other - very client-oriented so good feeling.
