everything went good, they ve changed the car and we got another car ,even if it was not perfect the exterior it did the work and we ' ve perfectly turned around with no issues.

I got quite damaged car for the price of common rental company car. Half way we discovered that one of rare doors does not lock at all, so we could not leave valuable items inside the car. Cruise control did not work. Drivers window was only possible to close if the engine was turned off at the correct moment if the window was up. For this price the car was quite a dissapointment. Communication with the rental desk was ok, but they did not point out the errors of the car before. Only if I showed them on return, they just smiled and gave me impression they new all the way. At least the engine was working so that was a plus. But I have to give negative feedback because the car we got for this value.
It has become fashionable now for people to use everything possible to demand price reductions, these are called fines, but don't worry, people like you will never be able to damage a business that has been built with a lot of work.

We received a different vehicle than the one we booked – with much lower performance. The car immediately showed issues with ABS and ESP, the rear brake light had a faulty bulb, and the parking sensors didn’t work. For such a large vehicle with tinted windows, that was a serious problem.
The interior was dirty and damaged, and even the turn signal on the side mirror was broken. To make things worse, the dealer refused to honor the Full Insurance we had paid for, claiming that in case of any damage over €600, we would have to cover the costs ourselves.
Location sans probleme et loueur tres arrangeant. Tres bonne communication.

Great experience in renting and the Suzuki was well looked after and a great choice for the small roads and parking for our trip. Plus my wife says the red car was cute.

When we arrived they changed our car for another one that was stale, dirty and smelled very much of cigarettes. When we returned the car, they tried to say that we had scratched the car. They also charged a 10€ fee for not washing the car, yet it was clean.
This rental company has its own branch and operates like a normal car rental company.
I strongly do not recommend
so that others understand your negative comment, the only reason is that you only paid €5 and not €10 as you claim for washing the car, as for the car, it has already been given several times and no one has complained about its condition, as for the unpleasant smells, let's not forget that people move around in them and I don't choose people, we do our best to air them out for as long as they are parked, let's not forget that we are at the peak of the season and everything becomes even more difficult for us, anyway, thank you for taking the time to give your assessment
