The rental was very satisfactory. I can 100% recommend ersons. Communication was quite good; they responded to my questions or concerns fairly quickly, or any other issues I needed to discuss, such as meeting time, location, etc. We were able to pick up the car without any problem when we arrived at the airport, although it was already around 2 a.m. because the flight arrived late and was also delayed. The person who delivered it to us—sorry, I don't remember his name—was friendly and communicative. Returning the car was also quite easy, although we had a bit of a delay due to traffic. Everything was very simple, and they made the entire process easy and reliable. So, if I were to return to Albania, I wouldn't hesitate to rent another car from ersons.
