Es ist alles reibungslos verlaufen. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.Wir haben allerdings für uns beschlossen zusätzlich Vollkasko Versicherung abzuschließen. Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs war super. Die Kaution wurde ohne weitere Probleme zurückgezahlt. Wir würden es das nächste Mal genauso machen.

The car was good and compliant with my order.
However at drop in the car was dirty (not cleaned) and there was no water at all left to wash the windshield (which i had to clean manually with a bottle of water).
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the car met your expectations, but we sincerely apologize for the oversight in cleanliness and windshield washer fluid. Cleaning the car and refilling the water are basic tasks that take less than 20 minutes, so it's a shame on us that we didn’t manage it. We'll do our best to ensure this doesn't happen again.
