We rented a car in August, very good price, the car was efficient, everything was fine. We drove it to the south of Albania and there were no problems. Julian is very nice, helpful and incredibly professional and honest. We were very pleased to use the service. I recommend Julian, you can trust him. Next time in Albania I would also choose this company!! Thank you again for your help!

the car was not the one booked. It is said that it had a technical problem and they deliver a Volkswagen Touran at the same price. the car is okay, it works well, but they probably took advantage of being Italian for the amount of fuel, "intimidating" me to put more fuel as it was not perfectly the same as I had found it (even if this was not specified)
Yes, the car had technical problems that's why we gave you another car, which was more expensive, but we gave it to him with the same price, because we think for our clients.
Regarding the fuel, I mentioned to him before that he should leave at the same price. He even SIGNED THE CONTRAT that mentioned to leave the fuel at the same level.
He was showing me a ticket 10 euro, and he couldn't explain to me what it was about. He even went and refilled the car. I did not understand what he was doing. I don't know what he did not understand. IT WAS WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT AND HE EVEN READ IT TO LEAVE IT AT THE SAME AMOUNT.
HE WAS THE WORST CLIENT. I WOULD NOT RECOMAND HIM. IF HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE SIGNED, HE SHOULD HAVE ASKED OR TRANSLATE IT VIA GOOGLE TRANSLATE.
We rented a car from July 7th to July 21st, and it was the best experience ever. The company helped us a lot when we needed it and made our trip easy. When we had a problem at a gas station, their support was amazing. They are very trustworthy people.
The car had all the right papers and insurance, so we could cross borders to Macedonia, Montenegro, and Bosnia without any issues. We had to pay for insurance at each border, ranging from €15 to €25 depending on the country.
We traveled all over Albania and had a fantastic time. We highly recommend this company for car rentals – you can trust them 100%.

Everything was great. Julian's car was very good and he was very responsive and helpful. He is also very flexible about the car pickup and delivery places. Overall a very good experience. I recommend Julian and I would rent a car from him next time I come to Albania.
