Everything went smoothly, during handovers we were offered a bottle of cold water. 5EUR fee for washing a car is understandable.

We liked the car (Honda Jazz), it is very economic, and nice to park with. Can struggle a bit on steep mountains, but we managed.
Evitate assolutamente questo noleggiatore! Oltre ai toni arroganti, l'unico "aiuto" ricevuto è stato un freddo "che Dio ti aiuti". Auto consegnata sporca e priva di attrezzature di sicurezza essenziali come il triangolo e il crick. Ho ritirato l'auto con 9 ore di ritardo per un volo cancellato (di cui li avevo avvisati), e dopo 4 giorni sono emersi problemi alla frizione, normale per un'auto che probabilmente aveva percorso oltre 400.000 km. Il gestore mi ha rimproverato, insinuando che avessi usato carburante scadente. L'auto non superava i 40 km/h, ma mi è stata negata l'assistenza stradale, lasciandomi bloccato in una zona pericolosa. Solo quando ho dovuto coinvolgere la polizia si sono mossi per sostituire l'auto, ma in un'altra città. Il carroattrezzi per spostare l'auto l'ho pagato io. Alla consegna, il gestore ha evitato di presentarsi, mandando un dipendente a chiedere soldi per lavare un'auto che ho usato solo 16 ore. Assurdo e inaccettabile! Sconsigliato vivamente.
