Everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation with a punctured tire, but Elton helped us remotely with everything — he found us a car service and even covered the damage. Very fast communication. I can only recommend him.

Evertthing was ok but not the defind of the insurance! If someone write to you 0 exess and 0 risk but forget to remind you not include bottem side of car, is not correct! It caused me to be open to bad situation and hard feelings.
This is not only this company problem- all Albanian companies seems to be the same .
Fuel must be full in "full to full" agreemant! And not "empty to empty"
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that while we do offer full insurance, as with all international rental companies, it comes with certain limitations. These include:
Reckless use of the vehicle
Driving under the influence
Damages underneath the car caused by off-road driving or very poor road conditions
Use of the wrong type of fuel
Lost keys
Personal belongings inside the car
Damage to tires, rims, or glass caused by reckless driving
All these details and conditions are clearly explained in the rental agreement that every client receives and signs before taking the vehicle, and such exclusions are standard across the car rental industry.
Regarding fuel, we apply the same-to-same policy. Because we do not take a deposit, we cannot charge clients if the car is returned with less fuel than it had at the start, so this system ensures fairness for both sides.
We also want to note that even though the vehicle was damaged due to off-road use, you were not charged anything extra.
All went smooth, clear communication with Elton and lot of flexibility from him that i really appreciated. Car was clean, good condition. No problems. Recommended!

- the car was clean and as described in the announce (Grey Tiguan 2.0 TDI)
- the check out was quick and trustful with a kind drop at the airport
There was a indicator light on the board of the véhicule that appeared at the end of the trip and the owner answered quickly without an issue. An experience I want to live for each of my road trip.

Tout s’est très bien passé depuis le départ. La voiture était propre, fiable et en bon état général. Le propriétaire est très réactif et disponible en cas de besoin. Elle est facile et agréable à conduire, offrant un bon confort. Nous avons fait un road trip de 13 jours, avec aussi bien des routes cabossées que de belles routes, surtout dans le sud, et la voiture a toujours bien tenu. Côté consommation, deux pleins ont suffi pour 13 jours, ce qui est très raisonnable. La remise du véhicule à l’aéroport s’est faite facilement. Un vrai atout pour profiter des routes montagneuses en toute tranquillité d’esprit.
Had a great experience with Elton-Car Rental! The car was clean, well-maintained, and in perfect technical condition. The rental process was quick and easy – no unnecessary bureaucracy. Perfect car, perfect service – everything was perfect! They were available online 24/7 for any questions about the car while we were traveling. We even got a ticket, and the man almost paid it himself because we didn’t have any change. He kindly brought us to the departures gate and was extremely nice.
