Communication was quick and friendly, but for some reason the information about how to pick up the car remained vague. Maybe this was because the car wasn't available until 2 hours after the booked time (that was however confirmed).

Luckily, everything else went smooth and as agreed, overall a good experience.

We kregen een andere auto, maar dat was niet erg. De auto was goed en heeft ons overal gebracht in Albanië. Bedankt!

Everything went super smoothly. Our flight was late, and we arrived in the middle of the night, and the car was simply left for us in the parking lot. The level of trust was incredible and uplifting.

The car we originally rented, was still used by another person, but renty made no fuss about it and gave us another car without any extra cost.

Although we would have been appreciative if we actually recieved the car we rented.

During our trip we had some questions and unexpected situations but renty was always available and very helpful. Very kind!

Siamo stati 15 giorni in Albania dal 23 luglio al 6 agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene abbiamo fatto l'assicurazione completa e non abbiamo utilizzato carte di credito e abbiamo dato una caparra di 50 euro che è stata restituita alla consegna. Non c'era la macchina richiesta ma è andata comunque bene durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo dovuto fare soltanto un pieno quindi la macchina non consumava tanto. Se dovessimo tornare utilizzeremo ancora questa piattaforma.

Car was good, no unpleasant surprises. Communication was comfy and fluent, only a couple of things needed clearing twice or three times. I would actually rate them 4,5 out of 5 because there was some info about extra costs (exiting airport parking although I could have walked to their office and avoid the cost, 10 EUR carwash cost, international insurance when crossing the border) that they didn't inform me beforehand although it would have been easy and pleasant.
