The contact with the company and the flexibility when it comes to appointments etc. was excellent. However the car needs some servicing as the engine showed signs of wear and couldn't cope well with the hilly roads in Albania, switching to low power mode.

Everything done great. The service given was perfect and ery accommodating !

Smooth car rental process, excellent contact, and good communication. The staff adviced which car I should rent to reach southern Albania. The car had no technical issues, easy to park and drive, enough to handle going up and down across Albanian roads.

I decided to pick up a car from Durres and later leave it in Tirana center. The staff made all their best to arrange everything in comfortable way. Despite it was me who caused them difficulties. I was a bit confused when returning the car in Tirana, but their open approach and positive emotions were very helpful indeed. I'm impressed with flexibility and understanding of the situation.

I decided to skip driving in Tirana and pick up a car from the city, and later leave it at the airport. Asa arranged with my hotel to leave the car parked overnight at the hotel. So easy pickup. The handover was also very smooth and quick.

I could pay with a debit card and the person handing over the car had a card machine. So avoids all of the hassle dealing in cash.

The car (2014 Golf) was perfect for our southern Albania trip. No technical issues, easy to park, has the proximity beeping if you’re close to something. Strong enough to handle going up and down the Albanian roads.
