It was perfect. Host was amazing. Finding pick up was stright opp airport. Host dropped us off to airport as well. No issue at all. Nice was nice and space perfect for 7 people. We had 9 seater Mercedes. Price was perfect cheapest we found

Réception de la voiture c'est plus ou moins bien passé, après avoir inciter pour qu'on viennent nous chercher à l'aéroport. A la restitution de la voiture Eljonu à prétexter qu'il y avait une marque sur la voiture et le Catadioptre sur le pare choc arrière bougeait, et il nous à réclamé de l'argent!! Je suis vraiment déçu de ce comportement escroc

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify that during your rental, the car sustained significant damage — including the rear bumper, the underbody from off-road driving, and issues with the trunk caused by forceful closing.
Even though the repair costs were much higher, we charged you only €40 as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we provided free pick-up and drop-off service at the terminal, and our staff assisted you kindly throughout the process.
We always strive to treat our customers with respect and fairness, and we are disappointed to receive a negative review despite the efforts we made to help and accommodate you.
