Reservation, ordering, pick-up and return went perfectly. I can recommend this company. There was no problem even with a two-hour delay on arrival.

Everything went smoothly. We paid entirely in cash (no credit card required), and the contact person was professional and friendly. The only thing we didn’t expect was not receiving the full deposit back — we were told on the last day, when returning the car, that part of it would be kept to cover cleaning costs. We would have appreciated knowing this in advance. Other than that, the car was perfect — clean and in great condition!

The car wash fee is only in cases when the car is considered dirty from outside or inside and is a small fee of 10 Euros would be applied. They changed our car and we got a Ford Transit instead of a Mercedes, but it worked great. We'll probably rent it again next year :-)

We booked a Ford Transit Custom for 7 days from this company. Everything went very smoothly and we were met at Tirana Airport, the staff was very helpful, the car was clean and tidy. No hidden charges, good price, recommend to everyone.

Wszystko w porządku. Pan czekał na nas na lotnisku . Nie potrafił angielskiego ale przy użyciu translatora udało się dobrze porozumieć . Zwrot auta też bez problemów . Depozyt zwrócony expresowo. Polecam

There were some hidden costs such as 10 euros for a car wash or full insurance which was not full, in case of a collision through my fault I would have to pay 25 percent. The representative who gave us the car and collected it did not speak English, but was nice. The car was comfortable and large, trouble-free, although older than the offer on the website stated. Unfortunately there was no washer fluid, and it was impossible to open the hood to top up. At the end the representative called me and told me to go back to the place where I returned the car, because in theory there was no car document in it. We did not take any documents out of the car, so all documents had to be in it, and besides we were in a hurry to catch a plane and could not go back. This should have been checked when returning the car. It was an uncomfortable situation.

It is specified int the contract that the car should be brought back in the same condition as picked up meaning it should be brought back cleaned. If it is not we only charge our clients a small 10 euro fee for the car wash which is up to you if you want to pay that or bring the car cleaned as it was delivered to you. Secondly while checking the car documents one of them was missing and our staff contacted you about it as it is your responsibility to not lose them. The washer fluid could have been over any given time. The car hood is not allowed to be opened under no circumstances. The car as you have written was the one ordered and in good condition, our staff was polite and very patient thus we do not understand why the negative review. Most of the issues came from things which you have caused and could have been avoided such as bringig the car in a dirty condition and loosing a car document.

Renting the car went smoothly; we got exactly what we ordered. Communication was excellent and quick, with pickup and drop-off taking about 15 minutes. The ABS warning lights were on in the car, but it didn't affect the ride or comfort. Before returning the car, we had it washed (sure, it wasn't perfect like at a car dealership), but we were asked to pay 10 EUR for a car wash. After we mentioned that we had washed the car, they returned our full deposit. I definitely recommend this car rental company—great service, good price, hassle-free pickup and drop-off. Thank you!
