It was all perfect, they are very kind and helpful. The only thing (not a big problem) we rented a specific car because we had to go to the mountains, and they gave us another car that wasn't quite as comfortable. Luckily, everything went well, but we rented that car to take extra precautions!

They dis not offer us the same car we had booked, no information was given to us prior to us landing in Albania and contacting him. All lot of hidden charges like cleaning fee and cross-country charges. These charges were over the standard charges we had agreed on while making the booking.

Regarding the additional charges, they were only due to the car being returned quite dirty.

ils sont venu nous chercher à l'aéroport car ils sont basé à 1km environ.
pour le retour, on nous a déposé non loin car il y avait un embouteillage à l'aéroport.
Là voiture était celle commandé, propre et quasiment neuve. Merci à notre loueur
