I had a great experience renting with Artur.

I was afraid for something wrong about the car, about the contract, etc. But in first the Web site Rent from Locals is working very well. Everything is explained perfectly in every detail, rates, fees, no hidden things,

no surprise. My Artur was perfect. Delivered the car in the right place, at the right time. The car was perfect, exactly like the description and the pictures on the Web site. We had ZERO Problems!!! Was great!!!

I already suggested Artur to my friends, for their trip in Albania.

We were told the day before that the car we had booked was having problems and were given a choice of two other cars to choose from.

Arturs was waiting for us at arrivals and took us to the car. On return he met us to collect. Everything went very smoothly.

On meeting with friends we found they had hired a car much cheaper by using the car hire desk in the airport.

Easy hiring with communication via WhatsApp. Get full insurance for stress free driving and avoid Tirana if possible as parking and driving is a nightmare!!! Arthur and his son were a pleasure to deal with.

Artur and his wife were great. Friendly, communicative. The car wasn't the one we had ordered, as something came up with it last minute, but the one that arrived was fine. We felt very comfortable knowing that if we had any trouble they were only a phone call away. On the return they even dropped us to our accommodation. Def reccomend them, and would use them again.

I rented a car for 3 days and the experience was excellent. I reserved a Toyota Auris from them, but the car was unavailable due to mechanical problems and they replaced it with an very good Ford Fiesta.

Sadly, I had to go to pick up the car the first day, instead of receiving it at the hotel as it was the agreement, with an additional expence of 7€ taxi ride to go there and no discount was offered at the end, but apart form that the car we received was in good condition, good engine, clean, and ran smoothly throughout our entire trip. Lower daily rates compared to other most famous brands offering the same service in Tirana and also compared to other offers listed here.

In summary, I strongly recommend this car rental service for its reliable, friendly, and professional service and above all for the kindness of Artur and Loreta, and I'll definitely contact them again when I will come back to Albania.

Everything has been perfect

Reliable landlord. Everything went absolutely fine. Everything we agreed on was fulfilled. We had a breakdown on the car, but everything was solved very quickly by bringing a replacement car. I can only recommend.

tutto è andato bene, anche se la macchina aveva troppi anni e nelle salite ho avuto paura di rimanere per strada e poi alla consegna della macchina mi sono accorto che la ruota di scorta era sgonfia problemi alla valvola che per strada a mie spese ho fatto riparare comunque grazie

The van is a bit old, it had more than 300.000 km but it's engine is working fine. We had a problem with A/C but Artur was incredible to resolve it and made it, we only had to adjust our itinerary. They are incredible and flexible, for pick up and drop off location which was a big help for our logistic in Tirana.

Fantastic rental service. Daily rates are affordable compared to international companies. The owner was very helpful with any questions. The car was as promised and in excellent condition. I'll definitely contact them again when I return to Albania. Highly recommended rental company.
