Everything went smoothly, thanks a lot again
Le véhicule était ancien avec un fort kilométrage (255000km). Problème pour passer les vitesses, moteur qui chauffe en montagne. Honteux de la part d un loueur.
Au moment où vous avez choisi la voiture dans notre entreprise, vous avez vu les informations là-bas. C'était votre choix pour cette voiture. Pour le total des kilomètres, la voiture est de l'année 2009 (que vous l'avez à nouveau choisie). En tenant compte de la surchauffe du moteur ou du changement de vitesse, nous travaillons depuis 4 mois et aucun client ne s'est plaint. Nous sommes désolés que votre incapacité à conduire soit la faute de notre entreprise.

Dostałem inny samochód bo ten który wybrałem uległ wypadkowi ale auto nie odbiegało poprzedniemu modelowi. Samochód sprawny. Kontakt z wynajmującym bardzo dobry.

Had some trouble with the battery, but we got immediate help. The same day the guy came from Tirana to Himare to fix it. Friendly people, very accommodating. Happy with the service!

Overall the experience was great. We had a litle misunderstood with our kids seat because it wasn't for the right age that we asked for but they changed us the seat in a hurry.
The car was great and very confortable. We would repeat for sure.
Just FYI if you plan to cross the border with the car. The authorization costs 100 eur and then when you cross the border yo have to pay a "green card" that it's 60 euros more.
Everything went very smooth. Ergil picked us at the airport en showed the car. The car had multiple scratches en bumps. Also had a flat tire because of a screw wich i repaired and after returning the car i received the amount of repairingcost of the tire back. Also the car seats were ok and not expensive.
We were very satisfied with the car we rented. Ergil was very accommodating and kind.

Told us one day before arrival the car we booked 3 months before is not available and offer us some old piece of crap with the words "take it or leave it". Car has broken front window, cracked back light, no remote door lock and AC worked like for 30%. Also we asked many times for child seat for our kid, which was many time confirmed, but there was a crib for new born babies which takes another hour to find the proper in that heat. Also no gas in the car. Definitely do not recommend this guy, please find someone who doesn't offer many cars like this car rental.
