Marek was an unpleasant client to deal with. The main issue arose when he refused to acknowledge that he had violated the rental agreement by driving onto a dangerous off-road path. Although he initially admitted his actions, he continued to argue and attempted to shift the blame onto the GPS, as if it were our responsibility that he chose an unsafe route instead of the proper asphalt road, which he later used for the return trip without any issue.

Toward the end of the interaction, he made repeated remarks in his own language, including what appeared to be a racist slur ("albanski..."), which was inappropriate and unacceptable.

Overall, despite our service being professional and without fault, the interaction was very unpleasant due to his behavior.
