We regret that the VW Polo had issues and we acted as quickly as possible to deliver you a replacement the following morning, which, as you mentioned, worked perfectly throughout your trip.
However, we would also like to note for transparency that the final vehicle returned to us had passenger-side damage that was not present at the start of the rental. This has been recorded in our system.
