All went well. Upon return there were 30 EUR extra costs that were not mentioned in the beginning or order.

The 30 € extra cost was for the off hours service , as you returned the car at 4 am in the morning. Our working hours are 08:00-22:00.

Please note that this website is owned and managed by other people , not me or us as car providers.

I asked them as to why this was not automatically charged and they said the client has to add it .

I appologize for the inconvenience , but the extra fee has fair because it was meant to be paid and 2 people had to wake up at 3 am and be at the airport at 4 am with another car .

These are only minimal costs , to pay the people coming there.

We had a good experience renting a car from Aldi. Everything went smoothly. We rented a golf, which had an extra tire in the car, Aldi and his colleagues were always helpful and we had no troubles at all. I would recommend it.

The car worked mechanically BUT you must supply a spare tyre and tools to change a flat tyre (we were stuck for many hours waiting to find someone who could help us change the tyre and take it to a garage because we had no tools in the car. Also the clutch was in very bad condition and it was very difficult to change gears.

We are very sorry for the bad experience you had with us. As a matter of fact you had rented the toyota yaris , but becuase it had an incident just 2 days before your starting rental we had to find a replacement car for you. Not being our car we where unable to know for sure the condtion of te car .
