Everything went smoothly. Car was great. One thing to note is that we could not charge phone using the cigarette lighter adapter. It didn’t work. Besides that we had no complaints.

Tout s'est bien passé ! Voiture assez ancienne mais qui fait totalement l'affaire et agréable à conduire. En revanche attention, vous ne pouvez payer que la caution en cash et non la totalité de la location comme écrit dans l'annonce.

Do not recommend! Thief Car rental top 10/10 no problem. Car conforms to the description, very professional rental, nothing to complain about! But once I returned and the car was returned, I never saw the €100 deposit that I gave when I picked up the car. Despite several messages on this subject, the rental company pretends not to understand and tells me that he has received nothing even though it is he himself who charged me €100. He then told me that I would see my €100 again in 15 days, 15 days later still nothing! Now he doesn't answer me anymore! I'm still waiting for over 3 weeks! Too bad because very good landlord, I will change my evaluation when he has reimbursed me!
Everything was good, except the guy who came at the car return, was very disrepectful, didn’t even say hi or good bye.

Un socio vino a traer el coche (muy puntual 4 am) y otro socio a recogerlo. El coche funciona muy bien para tener casi 200.000 km, es el coche perfecto para conducir por este pais, con su bajo consumo y tamaño. Si volviera sin duda elegiría este mismo coche.

The car was perfect, super comfortable. The car was delivered to us to our location and picked up again, both times on time! We had the full insurance so upon returning the car we didn’t need to fill out anything else, just returned the car as it was. I recommend this rental!

Alis Rental was a great choice for us. We rented their VW Golf 5 Automatic for 19 days in June and the car worked great without any issues. We were kindly allowed to take the car into the neighboring countries for just a small fee. Overall, the rental price was very competitive and card payment was possible, which is not the norm in Albania. Elton was the one who brought us the car and he was easy to contact via whatsapp before and during and waited for us right outside the airport once we arrived.

Esperienza da evitare assolutamente. L’auto tutto okay, ma hanno preso 150€ di deposit che, nonostante l’assenza di qualsiasi tipo di danno, non ci sono mai stati restituiti. Ho sollecitato in tutti i modi, mi è stato detto che sarebbero stati inviati al più presto ma siamo a febbraio e dei soldi nemmeno l’ombra, oltre al fatto che non rispondono né alle mail né alle chiamate e sono stata bloccata su whatsapp. Mai più.

The car drives fine although it smelled funny and driver's headrest was broken, but the main problem is that I haven't received the deposit yet and I cannot contact with anyone for this.

Elton was great! He delivered the car to our hotel bang on time. very friendly, the car was just what we expected - not new, but well looked after and clean. we drove to the southern border, then all the way back to Shengjin, where the steering light came on. Elton replied to my WhatsApp very quickly and replaced the car by driving one to us, later in the evening. First class service, he met us near the airport and we settled the bill for fuel (no nonsense, he produced a receipt) then he dropped us off for our flight. Recommended. Two big advantages to renting from local companies which we've now done for a few years: your car doesn't shout "I am a tourist come and rob me!" and you deal in cash for the deposit - no blanking off your holiday money on your card. Oh, and no "you should buy the extra insurance pack at an exorbitant fee". Well done, thank you.
