I have to say thank you very much. We had a problem with the car on the first evening after arrival, but the owner brought a replacement car from Tirana to Golem in an extremely short time and thanks to that we were able to have a great stay in Albania. This was the second time we had rented a car from this owner and again everything was absolutely great!

We had a car from Amarildo respectively Besi from Auto Zvicra. We highly appreciate that we obtained exactly the same car as we ordered (not that usual at big car rental companies). Deposit from a credit cart was not necessary. The pickup and drop-off process a few meters from the airport terminal was straightforward. Our car, Suzuki SX4, performed well in both the city and the local villages (a 4x4 can be usefull in Albania). Communication with Besi was perfect, he provided us with a full assistance. We really recommend those professional guys!
Everything was great. Communication fast, friendly and very helpful. We also managed a flat tire we efficiently without an issue. Very much recommend Amarildo!

Regarding the cleanliness of the car and the child seat, you are absolutely right. We could have done better, and we will make sure this doesn’t happen again. These are things we take seriously, and your comments help us raise our standards.
About the interaction with our staff: you met Besart, and he mentioned that you asked him “why so serious?” He told me he was simply focused on his work. Like anyone, he may have had a tougher day and come across more serious than usual, and his English isn’t the strongest either. Still, we never want any guest to feel uncomfortable.
I’d also like to highlight that Besart picked you up directly at the airport, even in light rain, although our parking lot is only about 250 meters from the terminal. He did this to make your arrival easier, and I’m sorry if the interaction still felt unpleasant. If there was anything else said or any moment that made you feel treated badly, please let me know. I would truly like to understand better.

Everything went smooth, contact with owner was easy, and he was available even on sunday afternoon to help us.
Car was in very good technical condition - and we made about 2500km without any problems/strange sounds/check engines or whatever.
10/10, would recommend for friends for sure.

The car rental went without any problems. During the rental, I contacted the partner and he responded immediately and promptly, which helped me. I recommend this partner and will definitely use his services again if I need a car to rent.
Everything went well, the car was clean and in good shape. The only thing was that the car I booked was not available, they did not have a clear reason why. So they asked me if it was possible to take another car, so I took it, as it was in good conditions and got a little discount. I would have liked to know about the car change before arriving to the place. The guys who delivered the car seemed not too experienced or did not have any information about the car. However they contacted the owner and cleared the situation. For the price, it was not bad!

I sincerely apologize for the last-minute change of vehicle. A few hours before your arrival, the previous renter returned the original car with a strange noise. To avoid risking any issues during your trip, we immediately sent it to service for a timing belt check. That’s why the change happened so unexpectedly, and I’m sorry we couldn’t inform you earlier.
We also appreciate your understanding in accepting the replacement car, and we were happy to offer a discount to make up for the inconvenience.
Regarding the handover at the parking lot. The colleague who assisted you is new and still learning the procedures. We’ve already passed this on so we can improve the experience for future guests.
